Jim is Head of Benefits at RBS. Jim's early career was in banking and he moved through a series of roles in retail banking, treasury and internal audit before moving into HR. His first steps in the world of reward were through job evaluation and he went on to be a key member of the team that introduced the ‘Total Reward' approach to RBS. The use of employee benefits, reward communications and education as an engagement tool has long been close to Jim's heart. He's passionate about leading the team who are developing the colleague Financial Wellbeing strategy at RBS.
