Dr Rea Prouska
Rea is an Associate Professor of HRM at London South Bank University, School of Business. She has an interest in developing theoretical and practical approaches to improving work relationships and working life and, subsequently, to use these approaches to better understand these concepts in a variety of economic contexts and organisational settings. She has published a number of journal articles in outlets such as the British Journal of Management, European Journal of Industrial Relations, European Management Review, Economic and Industrial Democracy, and International Journal of Human Resource Management. Rea has authored numerous book chapters, co-edited the book Critical Issues in Human Resource Management and co-authored the book Managing People in Small and Medium Enterprises in Turbulent Contexts. Rea is on the Editorial Advisory Board of Employee Relations, is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) and an Academic Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
